Rescheduling and Reseller FAQs
🎟️ What’s Your Rescheduling Policy?
If you purchased your tickets directly from us, rescheduling is a breeze! 🌟 Use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email from Miami’s Top Water Tours to make changes. Please note: all changes must be made before your scheduled departure date and time.
‼️If you purchased tickets from a third-party seller, refer to their policy for any changes, as most require 24 hours’ notice. For assistance, our team is always happy to help! 😊
⏳ What If I’m Late?
We get it—life happens! If you’re running late or have missed your tour, don’t stress. Head straight to the check-in window on the north side of the Marina.
Show your ticket upon arrival, and we’ll add you to standby for the next available tour. While we can’t guarantee a spot, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you. 🌟
A Few Friendly Reminders:
•Scheduled Departures: Tours leave right on time—no exceptions. Unfortunately, we can’t hold the boat for late arrivals, so we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to check in smoothly.
•Weather Policy: Rain or shine, our tours are ready to roll with your safety as our top priority! 🌧️☀️
• Refunds: Our tours only get canceled if our captains or the Coast Guard decide it’s not safe to set sail. ⛵ In that rare case, we’ll notify you right away and issue a full refund—no worries, no hassle! 🌟
