This was a good, memorable cruise. The guide was lively and awesome. She kept it very entertaining with her commentary while Miami coastline and the millionaire's houses kept us entertained visually. Good trip for a decent price point. Overall, the entire crew was very friendly.

Great experience on the sunset cruise. It was fantastic to see Miami at night. Veronica provides lots of fun facts about the city and pointed out some beautiful mansions along the way.

The tour is good, it's a shame that there are only a few artists, but to highlight the spirit of the presenter, I don't remember his name, he is Hispanic, with long hair, he made me laugh a lot throughout the tour.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at the Miami Boat Tour! This was my first time attending a celebrity tour but my moms second, and she said this experience out beat the first one. The staff were beyond exceptional and provided an entertaining and wholesome Miami experience. From following safety guidelines and departing on time to all the laughter and entertainment we all received, they really outdid themselves. The 1.5 hours flew by so fast! I will definitely be recommending this to friends and family when visiting Miami.Miami’s Top Water Tours - you’ve left us with nothing but great memories! Thank you for such a delightful experience.

It was a great experience. We took the boat scheduled at 5:30 to make sure we catch the sunset and it was stunning. I wish we could have some more time to take pictures on the deck, but overall it was nice.

The weather was beautiful the day we went! Veronica was sweet and humorous. The seating situation kinda sucked, sitting in the middle was weird and some people stand up (bc obviously they can’t see) and cover the view even more. Also, I wanted to know moreowners of the mansions!! They only listed a couple :/

My daughter & I loved our tour. Our guide was “pirate” and he was absolutely amazing! I’m not sure how much he gets paid but they should double that. He went above & beyond by making everyone feel included & he explained everything very well. He added comedy to his tour & he had everyone smiling from cheek to cheek. 11/10 recommend!! We went to the 7:30pm tour & he got to see the city at night & it was amazing. The weather was perfect & it was the best experience ever

Communication once I booked was great and easy to follow. I enjoyed the tour once on the boat. We did experience a mechanical issue while on our first boat and I felt like the staff handled it well without causing a stir. It did set the trip back because we had to return to the dock and get on another boat, but overall, I’m pleased with how they handled it. The tour hosts on both boats were great.. I loved their humor during narration of the tour. Music was great. I got a good seat & I would definitely do it again and recommend the tours to others. Star island was awesome and the views of the cityscape were amazing.

So I want to start that my reservation was canceled through a third party site they use to book and fill tours. As much as they aren't responsible for the third party site they are accountable for choosing them and any problems have to be handled by them. I almost missed my 7:30pm tour for this reason. The boat ride was wonderful and honestly memorable. the crew was great and the drinks were on the money.

This was probably the best sunset cruise we have ever been on. My wife and I so enjoyed it. Great narration on the sites and all done with a sense of humor. When we come back next year, we will see you guys again. 🙂
