It was an amazing experience. Very beautiful views. We took a lot of pictures and videos. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.

Great tour, took it at sunset to get all the amazing views. The guide spoke in both English and Spanish and was walking around interacting. There were a lot of people and it’s encouraged to walk around the boat and enjoy. Just be aware that not everyone has good manners and the seating is not assigned. The views were incredible and the value was good! Also, bring some cash to tip the staff, they’re shamelessly let you know they expect it at the end of the tour 😬

The instructions were easy to get to the pier. Everyone was friendly and the drinks were amazing.

We had a great time. The weather was beautiful. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the mansions & Islands. We took & bought a cute souvenir picture.

Had fun and looking at different celebrity homes was amazing. The bartender was off the chain he can pretty much fix anything and the host she was very funny and made sure we didn’t miss a thing.

We enjoyed the ride and the young lady was very informative on all the mansions and areas. When in Miami a little longer we will try other cruises.

The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable , the boat is very comfortable and well guided. The time spent was well worth it.

We had a Great time!! Took the 7:30pm tour so we could catch the sunset, it was AMAZING!! Our tour guide, Marlon, was super funny making the tour more enjoyable and fun

Took the 7:30 tour with the intentions of catching the sunset.. the timing worked perfectly 😍😍 Marlon, the tour guide, was funny.. only downside was the parking.. 30 for three hours, be aware

Did the sip and cruise, mansion tour at sunset. Guide was engaging and entertaining and loud enough to hear. The initial line was daunting and felt crowded, but the boat was comfortable with space for all. Had a great time.

This tour was so fun and affordable! We saw some really cool houses and the guide was fantastic! The boat had a top and bottom level, and both were covered for shade. There was also a Mojito Bar on board that had nonalcoholic drinks and snacks also. 100% recommended

Overall, a fun and great way to experience Miami. The tour guide was lively and entertaining. The tour was the perfect length, gave us an opportunity to see the Miami skyline from a different vantage point and it was fun to hear about different celebrities' homes. Our only disappointment was that our tour was scheduled for 1pm, but we didn't board until almost 1:40. It seems they merged the 1pm tour with the 1:30 tour group. I understand that from a business perspective, but if we knew we would be standing in line for almost an hour waiting to board, we could have used our time more wisely. The delay also impacted our timed parking session.

The views were amazing and great photo opps. The host Enrique was very funny and entertaining. The lady who took the photos before boarding was very friendly and nice. I definitely recommend

I live in Miami but never did the “tourist” thing unless family came to visit. We decided to do this boat tour. I was put off at the 90 min length at first but once we went on the tour, the time almost went too quickly. The tour guide was funny and informed which kept the crowd engaged. Highly recommend you go at least once!

Such a fun experience. We booked the 7:30 and it was perfect timing for it! We had 2 teens, 15 and 16, and they loved it, especially Star Island and all of the celebrities' homes. The views were incredible, especially once the sun went down. Our guide was fabulous, but I am terrible with names and have forgotten it.

We had an excellent time on our cruise a d Ricky our tour guide made it a lot of fun with his funny commentary throughout the tour pointing out the celebrity homes. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Ricky was a great host. The boat ride was smooth. I wish they would’ve said in advance that they take tips in cash. I didn’t have any cash and felt bad. The photographer didn’t offer to take our photo. The seating was a bit awkward but overall very good cruise and worth the money spent. Views were amazing.

Enjoyed the boat ride. Tuesday AM tour, so was not crowded and had a good seat at the side. Staff were polite and professional.

The cruise was nice. Wish we would have gotten there a little early to get a seat on the upper deck but all in all we enjoyed it.

Everything was amazing from start to finish, Great crew, great drinks, and great views of the water, sunset, million dollar famous homes.. I missed my 1st scheduled boat tour and they just automatically got me scheduled on the next an hour later..

Miami's Top Water Tours was an excellent choice for me and my friends on a Girls Trip. The boat was surprisingly spacious and comfortable with lots of seating. The views were amazing! Our guide was witty and energetic. She gave good descriptions of each building and home prior to arriving there. So, we were prepared to look the right direction and take photos. We took some really great photos. This was one of the best boat tours I have ever been on! And the price sealed a sweet deal!! Definitely Recommend.

Fun for my whole family

We had a great time on our Millionaire Mansion tour in Miami with this company. It was a great way to spend some time waiting on our flight home. It was a calm ride with plenty of room. The mojito bar on the boat had THE BEST mojitos and the entire staff onboard were wonderful. The speaker was bilingual & spoke both English & Spanish when explaining the homes along the way. We could’ve hung out on the boat all day comfortably. We will definitely be back soon!
