We enjoyed the boat trip more than we thought.  We only booked to kill a few hours before the flight home.  Thoroughly enjoyed the sights and so many homes of the rich and famous.  The only gripe I have is the contradiction when I asked about luggage being on board the boat.  The email response from the company implied I could not take the cases on board and asked that I go and find luggage safe quite a way from the Port.  Unlike the staff on the boat who said it wasn't a problem.  I think this needs to be better communicated. I knocked a star off due to this.

Wir haben einen super Zeitpunkt erwischt mit dem Wetter. Die Crew ist fantastisch. Sehr abwechslungsreich mit Musik und tolle Kommentare über die tollen Villen in Miami. Ist sehr zu empfehlen. Communication once I booked was great and easy to follow. I enjoyed the tour once on the boat. We did experience a mechanical issue while on our first boat and I felt like the staff handled it well without causing a stir. It did set the trip back because we had to return to the dock and get on another boat, but overall, I’m pleased with how they handled it. The tour hosts on both boats were great.. I loved their humor during narration of the tour.  Music was great.  I got a good seat & I would definitely do it again and recommend the tours to others.
