Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings, including promotional tickets, are non-refundable once confirmed. Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 24 hours before departure, subject to availability. No Exceptions. Requests made less than 24 hours prior cannot be accommodated. Rescheduling requests due to, but not limited to, traffic, rain, flight delays, transportation issues, parking or other circumstances beyond our control cannot be accommodated. Departure Times: Approximate and may vary due to operational or unforeseen circumstances. Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Weather & Safety: Tours operate rain or shine. If we cancel for safety, you may reschedule or receive a refund. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays/cancellations caused by extraordinary events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, government actions). All 90 Minute Sightseeing Tours: All ages welcome. Alcohol purchases require valid government-issued photo ID (21+). Yacht Party Experiences (including Miami’s Top Yacht Party: Neon Nights with Open Bar Cruise or similar, with names subject to change) and any nightclub experiences: 21+ only. Valid government-issued photo ID required. Third-Party Tickets: Purchases made through resellers (e.g., Groupon, Viator, GetYourGuide) are subject to their terms. All changes/cancellations must be handled directly with the reseller. 1. Booking & Payment 1.1 Booking Confirmation – Upon completing a booking through our website, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your tour or activity. Please review all information for accuracy. 1.2 Payment – Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation number. 1.3 Age Restrictions by Product All 90 Minute Sightseeing Tours: Open to all ages. Alcohol purchases on board require presentation of a valid, government-issued photo ID verifying age 21+. Yacht Party Experience (including Miami’s Top Yacht Party: Neon Nights with Open Bar Cruise or similar, with names subject to change) and any nightclub experiences: Strictly 21+ only. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at boarding (see Section 2). 2. Identification & Boarding Requirements 2.1 Identification Requirements All 90 Minute Sightseeing Tours: Guests of all ages are welcome. Alcohol purchases on board require presentation of a valid, physical government-issued photo ID verifying that the guest is 21 or older. Yacht Party Experience (including Miami’s Top Yacht Party: Neon Nights with Open Bar Cruise or similar, with names subject to change) and any nightclub experiences: All guests must be 21 or older with no exceptions. A valid, physical government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Digital copies, expired IDs, or photos are not acceptable. Refusal to provide valid ID will result in denial of boarding; no refund or credit will be issued in such cases. 2.2 Arrival Time – Guests are advised to arrive at the embarkation point at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure to allow for a smooth check-in, seat selection and boarding process. 2.3 Late Arrivals & No-Shows – Tours depart promptly at scheduled times. Late arrivals may be placed on standby for the next available tour, subject to availability. We cannot guarantee accommodation or issue refunds for late or missed arrivals. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 3.1 Non-Refundable Bookings – All bookings made through our website are non-refundable. Once confirmed, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows. This includes all promotional tickets, discounted offers, and special sales. 3.2 Rescheduling Requests – Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to departure by one of the following methods: Email: support@miamistopwatertours.com Text Message: 786-305-3404 Please provide your booking number, full name, telephone number, ZIP code, and the email address used for booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Requests made less than 24 hours before departure cannot be accommodated and will result in forfeiture of your booking. Important: Rescheduling requests arising from circumstances outside our control—including but not limited to traffic, rain, flight delays, or other transportation issues—do not constitute valid grounds for rescheduling. Guests are responsible for planning adequate travel time and contingencies. 3.3 Peek Protect (Optional Coverage) – During checkout, you may choose to purchase Peek Protect, a booking protection service provided by Spot. Peek Protect allows cancellations up to 24 hours before your activity with a refund. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Spot via: Online: Spot Customer Portal (using your booking email) Email: spot@getspot.com or via Spot’s online chat Miami’s Top Water Tours does not directly handle refunds through Peek Protect. 4. Third-Party Reseller Purchases Tickets purchased through a third-party reseller (e.g., Groupon, Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia) are subject to the terms and conditions of that reseller. For any cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to third-party tickets, guests must make arrangements directly with the reseller. Please note that most resellers require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Miami’s Top Water Tours is unable to adjust, refund, or modify third-party tickets. 5. Scheduled Departure & Operational Variability 5.1 Approximate Sailing Times – All sailing and departure times are approximate and subject to change. We operate under an operational schedule, with departures contingent upon safety checks, dock availability, loading procedures, weather, and other operational factors. 5.2 Unforeseen Circumstances – Departure times may be extended, delayed, rescheduled, or shortened due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, safety concerns, mechanical requirements, or other irregular operations. Sailing and arrival times may vary, similar to airline schedules. 5.3 Cancellations by Us – No compensation, refund, or rearrangement will be provided unless the trip is cancelled entirely by us. 6. Weather, Delays & Early Returns 6.1 Rain & Weather Policy – Tours operate rain or shine, with safety being our highest priority. If severe weather or unsafe conditions require us to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule. 6.2 Early Returns – If we terminate a tour early due to a medical emergency, mechanical issue, or other operational necessity, we will: Endeavor to notify guests onboard Escort the vessel back safely, and Provide no further refund or compensation beyond the prorated value of time aboard, at our discretion. 7. Guest Responsibilities 7.1 Accuracy of Booking Details – Ensure that all booking details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect details. 7.2 Special Requirements – Guests must notify us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking. 8. Liability 8.1 Assumption of Risk Participation in our tours involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. These inherent risks include but are not limited to: weather and environmental conditions, vessel motion, the natural conditions of navigable waterways, and the actions or negligence of third parties not affiliated with Miami Top Water Tours. By booking, you further acknowledge and accept the risk of damage to or loss of personal property arising from any of these conditions. 8.2 Limitation of Liability Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for your tour. We will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from schedule changes, delays, or shortened outings. We are further not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, damage to or loss of personal property, or any losses arising from conditions on shared public waterways or the actions of third parties outside our reasonable control. 8.3 Guest Planning Guests are advised to account for potential schedule variability in their travel plans. 8.4 Third-Party Liability Miami Top Water Tours operates on shared public waterways alongside other vessels and operators over which we have no authority or control. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage — including damage to or loss of personal property — caused directly or indirectly by the actions of third-party boaters, vessels, or individuals not employed by or affiliated with Miami Top Water Tours. 9. Force Majeure We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, inclement weather, government actions, labor disputes, strikes, civil commotion, terrorism, pandemics, or mechanical breakdowns. In such circumstances, refunds or rescheduling will be provided at our sole discretion. 10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. This tour was so fun and affordable! We saw some really cool houses and the guide was fantastic! The boat had a top and bottom level, and both were covered for shade. There was also a Mojito Bar on board that had nonalcoholic drinks and snacks also. 100% recommended

Overall, a fun and great way to experience Miami. The tour guide was lively and entertaining. The tour was the perfect length, gave us an opportunity to see the Miami skyline from a different vantage point and it was fun to hear about different celebrities' homes. Our only disappointment was that our tour was scheduled for 1pm, but we didn't board until almost 1:40. It seems they merged the 1pm tour with the 1:30 tour group. I understand that from a business perspective, but if we knew we would be standing in line for almost an hour waiting to board, we could have used our time more wisely. The delay also impacted our timed parking session.

I live in Miami but never did the “tourist” thing unless family came to visit. We decided to do this boat tour. I was put off at the 90 min length at first but once we went on the tour, the time almost went too quickly. The tour guide was funny and informed which kept the crowd engaged. Highly recommend you go at least once!

Such a fun experience. We booked the 7:30 and it was perfect timing for it! We had 2 teens, 15 and 16, and they loved it, especially Star Island and all of the celebrities' homes. The views were incredible, especially once the sun went down. Our guide was fabulous, but I am terrible with names and have forgotten it.

Ricky was a great host. The boat ride was smooth. I wish they would’ve said in advance that they take tips in cash. I didn’t have any cash and felt bad. The photographer didn’t offer to take our photo. The seating was a bit awkward but overall very good cruise and worth the money spent. Views were amazing.

Miami's Top Water Tours was an excellent choice for me and my friends on a Girls Trip. The boat was surprisingly spacious and comfortable with lots of seating. The views were amazing! Our guide was witty and energetic. She gave good descriptions of each building and home prior to arriving there. So, we were prepared to look the right direction and take photos. We had a great time on our Millionaire Mansion tour in Miami with this company. It was a great way to spend some time waiting on our flight home. It was a calm ride with plenty of room. The mojito bar on the boat had THE BEST mojitos and the entire staff onboard were wonderful. The speaker was bilingual & spoke both English & Spanish when explaining the homes along the way. We could’ve hung out on the boat all day comfortably. We will definitely be back soon!

It was very nice. I felt the captain went a bit fast through the mansions. We docked 15 min early and our guide literally BEGGED FOR TIPS for the entire crew. She said they work for tips, implying that’s how they get paid! We did tip, but I would hope the crew makes a fair salary for their work, and that tipping is for the guide’s excellent job.

Great experience! Everything was straightforward and the company provides lots of reminders and info regarding check in and where to board boat. We were able to bring a stroller on board but not to the sitting deck so be prepared to leave the stroller and take what is needed. Also we made sure to be one of the first in line to board in order to make sure we had seats to sit with our children as some had to stand for the majority of the journey. The guide was very knowledgeable and made sure to come and check in on us with our kids which was appreciated. Would definitely do again!

A very comfortable cruise through the bay. The guide, Ricky was informative and funny. Sites and stories good. HIGHLIGHTS:Enjoyed looking at the wealth… mansions, yachts (really BIG yachts), and the cargo shipyard was intriguing. Music of the celebrities was cool addition. Drinks too expensive. We’re not the celebrities!Suggestion: make an announcement that toilet paper must not go in the toilet but in the waste can. The sign may be read and may not. We had a good time. The views were great. I really don’t understand what some people complain about. The departure point was not hard to find. The boat “Island Life” looked fine and was not overcrowded. The boarding process was orderly. We departed on time and returned back on time. The narration was in English and Spanish and loud enough for all to hear. The music was nice and not annoying. We simply ignored the picture taking and the ruffle, that’s all!

Scheduling was easy, staff was helpful and professional, the tour guide was entertaining and knowledgeable, and the views during sunset from the boat were spectacular! We were on the 6:30 ride with sunset around 7:30. Perfect time, but a little chilly by the end. Water dripped from the roof onto my chair by the rail so be careful where you sit. There were way too many people on the upper level making it difficult to see homes the guide was pointing out (this is the main reason for only 4 stars). There were at least 15 people standing in addition to approximately 30 chairs. With the chairs you could hardly move around, then people standing where there weren’t chairs made it very tight.

This was the second time I did this tour with another coworker. We had a great time and Im happy I came back! The guide was informative and funny, but also let us cruise for a little while after we passed the guided tour of houses and have a nice little boat ride as well. The weather was perfect. Just make sure you get there at least 20 to 30 minutes before your tour time to get in line so you get a good spot, and bring a few dollars for tip money if you like ;) I recommend this tour and Have Fun!

Had a pretty good time. The narrator was very informative with a healthy mix of fun jokes while staying attentive to the safety of the passengers. The crew was very nice especially the bar tender who gave us great drinks (pina colada and mojito). The only negative I have was that I was unaware of the tip jar for crew at end of trip, I didn’t have cash so I didn’t tip, which I felt they deserved. Lastly get there early to ensure you get the seat you want as advised by website. Overall great time!
